Welcome to the information page for Douglas Mbopa Secondary School. Our school is located in Swartkops, Eastern Cape. Douglas Mbopa Secondary School is a recognized and registered school that is thriving under the guidance of our Principal, Mr. M Keye.
At Douglas Mbopa Secondary School, we believe in providing pupils with valuable knowledge, skills, and values that are essential for their education in South Africa. Our goal is to ensure that pupils not only learn, but also apply their knowledge and skills in ways that are meaningful to their own lives. We have designed our curriculum to incorporate local perspectives while also considering global influences.
As a secondary school, we offer subjects at the secondary level. These subjects are divided into two phases: the Junior Phase (Grade 8-9) and the FET phase (Grade 10-12). Our aim is to provide a comprehensive education that prepares pupils for their future endeavors.
